Authenticate the exact request
Match the email or account message to an official case and record the required document, handwritten note, date, username and spoken wording. Ask which upload or email route accepts the file.
A legitimate video check does not need your password, one-time code, seed phrase or banking PIN.
- Case reference
- Required script and note
- Official submission route
Record a clear single take
Use a well-lit environment, keep your face and requested document visible, and show the current note without covering security features needed for identity matching. Follow the requested order and file format.
Do not edit the video in a way that can create authenticity concerns. Keep the original file hash and a private copy.
- Readable identity document
- Current handwritten note
- Original file retained
Tie review to the withdrawal
Save the sending receipt, file name, timestamp and case response beside the withdrawal ID. Ask whether the video passed and which item remains.
If review exceeds the stated range, escalate the existing case with the receipt instead of recording and sending repeated videos without a rejection reason.
