Map the ownership facts
Record the card suffix, issuing institution, deposit ID, amount and date. Identify where the bank app shows the account holder even if the card screen itself omits the name.
Ask the KYC team which combination it accepts: official statement, account-certificate PDF, bank letter or controlled screen recording.
- Verified player name
- Card suffix
- Matching deposit transaction
Create the minimum sufficient file
Show navigation inside the legitimate bank app only when requested, keeping the holder name, card suffix and relevant transaction visible. Mask unrelated balances and transactions where permitted.
Never reveal the full card number, security code, PIN, password or one-time code. Payment ownership does not require account takeover data. Keep the original bank-generated PDF when available because it preserves issuer metadata better than a cropped screenshot.
- Official bank source
- Relevant fields visible
- Secrets protected
Obtain written acceptance
Save the upload or email receipt and ask whether the payment method is approved for the pending withdrawal. Tie the answer to the request ID.
If rejected, request the missing field and accepted replacement format before producing another video or statement.
Questions players ask
Can a virtual card be harder to verify?
Yes. Some statements omit the holder name, so additional bank evidence may be needed.
Should I show my security code?
No. Never disclose the security code, PIN, password or one-time code.
What closes the check?
Written acceptance of the payment method tied to the withdrawal ID.
